In the work, a collection of village feast statues by the artists grandfather, Wistin Camilleri (1885-1979), are wrapped in cling film and installed in a claustrophobic vaulted space. As a result the statues are fictionalised: construed as 'art' in popular imagination, they are now presented as 'art' on another level.
